   EN: Measured cause of the wobble. The approved brand package declares
   Inter with `font-display: swap`, and on this preview the font is only
   ready around 1.3 s (request chain html -> app.css -> fonts.css ->
   inter-*.woff2, behind ~500 KB of blocking scripts). First layout
   therefore happens in the fallback face and Inter then SWAPS IN. The
   metric-matched fallback in app.css matches the TOTAL width, but no
   substitute face matches Inter glyph for glyph: measured on the main
   nav, every link changed width at the swap — "Ana Sayfa" 85.39 -> 86.70,
   "AI Ajanlarım" 100.11 -> 97.88 — moving link edges by up to 2.23 px on
   every load and every navigation.

   These two rules re-declare ONLY the two Latin subsets, from the SAME
   approved files in packages/brand — no new font, no copy of the family,
   and that package is not modified. One descriptor differs:
   `font-display: optional`. With `optional` the browser either has the
   font within its short block period, in which case Inter is used from
   the first paint (the normal case once the file is cached), or it keeps
   the metric-matched fallback for the WHOLE page load. Either way there
   is no mid-page swap, so nothing can move. Nothing is hidden, no delay
   is added and no glyph is replaced.

   This file must be linked BEFORE assets/app.css: Blink resolves a
   codepoint with the FIRST matching @font-face in document order, and
   app.css pulls the packaged `swap` faces in through its @import. An
   @import cannot be preceded by @font-face inside one file, so the
   override lives in its own stylesheet instead.
